Patient data confidentiality and security is one of our foremost priorities. You can use our secure Smart Medical Portal to upload your billing and check on the status of your submitted billing. You can also submit billing by other means such as fax, email or post.

Easy setup

Setting up with us is as easy as returning the few forms that we will send you. This includes nominating your bank account for receiving funds directly. We do not charge for setting up. Once your details are set up, we can help you catch up with any backlog of claims including older claims (up to 2 years) or problem accounts.

Timely and thorough

Direct payment for claims is made to your nominated account in the fastest time frame possible. This is because we promptly process and submit your billing electronically in nearly all cases. Any irregularities arising from the billing information or patient accounts is then identified and we persist in following up any arising issues through to resolution.
